You will lead customer projects and product developments typically in the field of drive technology or energy conversion for e-mobility and industrial applications, e.g. converters for drives, e-machines or inverters with outputs from 1 kW up to several 100 kW. You will be responsible for the technical, budgetary and scheduling aspects and will lead the interdisciplinary project team from the receipt of the order to design, testing/validation and commissioning at the customer's site. You will be actively involved in conceptual design and requirements engineering in accordance with our A-SPICE development processes.

Stellenbeschreibung
  • You have an FH/ETH/University degree in engineering
  • Experience in project management is essential
  • System or requirements engineering
  • Project management in the area of drive technology or energy conversion
  • Development on V-Model based development processes VDA or A-SPICE
  • Basic knowledge of control engineering, drive technology and power electronics
  • Basic knowledge of electrical machines
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English and preferably also German

  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills to optimize complex systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to influence others, set direction and priorities
