Andri Granziol
Andri Granziol graduated from Zurich University with a Master’s degree in social and business psychology, specialising in business management and administration, to which he added industrial law: the perfect foundation for a job in HR management. At the beginning of 2005 he started work with a well-known recruitment agency in Zug. Initially responsible for scouting and attracting IT professionals for permanent recruitment, he built up an extensive account portfolio. Andri served consulting and industrial enterprises, financial service providers of various sizes, mainly focusing on software and infrastructure specialists. He went on to develop a new business line, Accounting & Controlling.
In 2010 Andri joined an international recruitment specialist headquartered in Zurich as senior consultant. He shared responsibility for redeveloping and restructuring the IT permanent department and headed the Finance team. In 2011 he left the company and founded Prime21, headquartered in Zug, with Sebastian Booz and Mario Kaufmann.
Since the company was founded, Andri has developed and extended the software engineering area. In 2015 and 2016 he launched complementary disciplines including IT Management, Big Data & BI and ECM & Collaboration. In tandem with his professional commitments, he has also been a communication trainer with the Swiss Armed Forces since 2009.
