In a large-scale and long-term project the existing mainframe structures will be replaced by current technologies. And that could be your part as a Java / JEE Backend Senior in Contracting.

Stellenbeschreibung
  • Gather information from existing systems and analyze program and time requirements
  • Designing, implementing, unit, integration testing and supporting JEE based applications and services
  • Code, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex programs
  • Work with the R&D and Solutions a to resolve issues and validate programming requirements within their areas of responsibility
  • Be a reliable member of a development team who will work on the migration process
  • Review and analyze information gathered in technical research
  • Build reusable code and libraries for platform & shared services
Anforderungsprofil
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in IT, physic, math or at least completed IT education
  • You have extensive practical knowledge of Enterprise Java for 5+ years, provide a deep understanding of the key JEE frameworks (EJB and JAX-RS) and specifications and to be a resilient hands on character
  • You are a profound OOP developer with strong concurrent programming skills
  • You have experience with client/server communication protocol implementations
  • Database Management Systems have no secrets for you - relational (SQL) in particular MySQL
  • Your knowledge in build, release and deploy management (continuous integration) is proven
  • JSON and associated Tools
  • Good analytical and comprehensive skills
  • Business Intelligence (BI)
  • Optimizing Software Algorithms
  • Python or R, Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, Docker, Maven/Gradle
  • Fluent English and at least B1 niveau of German
